How are made Mica paper rolls?
- Select mica pieces. Micanite sheet should have good flexibility, transparency and electrical insulation properties.
- Prepare mica slurry. Grind the mica flakes and add appropriate amounts of water and cellulose fibers, mix and stir to form a uniform slurry.
- Base paper preparation. Pour the mica slurry into the paper making machine and make mica paper base paper through processes such as pressing and drying.
- Paper processing. Mica insulating paper of different specifications and thicknesses is made from mica paper base paper through cutting, pressing, hot pressing and other processing techniques.
