Below is the working principle of paper container making machine:
The paper discharge system transfers pre-printed and cut cardboard from the paper rack to the conveyor chain, which then moves them to the forming mold. Throughout this process, the cardboard is coated with either water-based or hot melt glue.
The glue’s placement can be easily modified, and the quantity applied can be adjusted during production without halting the machine.
Once formed, the glued cardboard pieces are directed to the collector, where they are automatically stacked, counted, and marked according to the specified stacking quantity, all without stopping the machine.
